Hi I’m Sara.  Nice to meet you.  Intros are Awkward.  

So am I.  

My health & fitness journey has been quite the roller coaster ride.  I've run marathons, done bootcamps, taken studio classes, and tried yoga.  I've studied nutrition, gotten certified as a personal trainer and a run coach.  I've definitely had my fair share of years where I had a poor relationship with food and my body.   Maybe it's true what they say, that with age comes wisdom, but after a lot of trial and error I have finally found a l i f e s t y l e that works for me.  Because yes, this whole thing is a lifestyle.  It is not a quick fix.  

I'm here to share what worked for me and some lessons I've learned along the way.  I hope this blog inspires you to find new ways to be a stronger better version of yourself.  Feel free to stay a while.  Leave a comment to let me know what you love or would like to see.
