I've shared how collagen is great for runners and why on my list for what to do in your off season.  But one thing you asked for the most was - HOW do I eat the dang stuff?

The most common answer is mix into hot coffee or other beverage.  My personal preference is to just toss a package of Great Lakes Gelatin collagen into a Daily Harvest smoothie bowl — you can't even taste it.  But what if you don't like coffee [how though??] or just want to get a bit more creative?  I had this great idea to come up with a bunch of amazing recipes to share with you all.  

Turns out that while I'm a stellar recipe eater, I'm not much of a creator.  So I'm turning to some of my favorite gals in the Sweat Pink community [and beyond] who are simply amazing in the kitchen.  The only problem you're going to have is deciding which of these recipes you're going to make first.
