This program was developed with YOU in mind.  A runner & a busy human, who wants the biggest bang for their buck when it comes to strength training.  I have compiled the most effective exercises into a program that fits into your training schedule.

This program:

  • Takes the guess work out of what & when to do to get stronger.

  • Effectively targets all the muscles that promote good running form.

  • Is made for all levels of fitness and can be tailored to your ability including modifications and added challenges

  • Does not take a lot of time! Each circuit takes less than 30 minutes {shorter days will only take 15!} and can easily be done before you run.
